    01. Tell the Best Story in the Room!

    Learn to frame your message for maximum impact. You will work with other participants to create the best story about your company/department/product and then present it to the group.

    Feedback is requested from each participant and together we’ll create a compelling story for each participant that will have everybody listening and taking notice.
    Your facilitator will observe and offer advice regarding voice quality, delivery and working the camera, so your on-screen presentation will have maximum impact.

    02. Avatar – Creating your Customer for Targeted Improvisation

    This exercise asks you to reflect on your previous and potential customers and create ‘avatars’ to represent them and their typical objections to your business. Your facilitator then plays the avatar and engages in improvisation exercises to hone your reactive skills.

    This introduces targeted customer improvisations to better streamline your pitch and win the business. This module can be tailor-made for every major pitch and negotiation within the company which means you are prepared for any eventuality during a meeting.
